This must be agreed & executed between you and Entity you wish to pay. DDS is a mere Interface between you "the payer" the Entity you wish to pay "the originator" and Originator’s Sponsoring Bank "the bank". Payments through Direct Debit as "Service" are provided to you subject to the Terms of Use (these "Terms") and "Rules" Embodied in UAE Direct Debit Rules Book issued UAE Central Bank which can be obtained directly from www.centralbank.ae .
